Carbon Nanotubes may be Next Big Thing in computer chips

Made in IBM Labs: Researchers Demonstrate Initial Steps toward Commercial Fabrication of Carbon Nanotubes as a Successor to Silicon | InterNano - a project of the National Nanomanufacturing Network

If this works out we may have to call them nano(-scale-)chips.
